+ What does one box include?

There are 10 individually wrapped pairs/pieces depending on your selection, along with one 8ml bottle of hyaluronic acid serum, in one box.

+ What does it cost?

+ How do I use it?

1. Wash your face, and don’t apply any lotions or oils.
2. Unscrew the serum bottle with the nozzle facing up, carefully drip some onto your finger, and gently rub it onto the areas you want to apply the strips to.
3. Take the strip out from the packet and peel off the white layer on top (you can throw that layer away). This exposed side is the surface that goes onto your skin.
4. Gently take the strip off the backing sheet, put the exposed side of the strip onto your skin over the areas you applied the serum, and align it with the contours of your face.
5. Get some warm water and gently dab it over the strips with your fingers to moisten them and make them stick to your skin properly.
6. Keep it on for at least 2 hours, but if you want the best results, keep it on for 6 hours. Try to keep your facial muscles as still as possible when it’s on. If an edge starts peeling off, moisten it with more water and it’ll stick back down.
7. When you take the strips out, wait for 6 hours before putting another one on again, to let your skin rest.
8. Wear them often to maintain your good results.

There’s no silicone, latex, retinol or Botox™ in it.

+ How long do I keep it on?

Keep each strip on for a minimum 2 of hours, but for the best results, keep it on for 6 hours.

+ Will it give me permanent results?

No, it’s a temporary solution that you’d need to use regularly over time. It’s like how a moisturiser or face mask works; you’ll need to reapply it regularly for it to give you the best results.

+ How long do the effects last?

It depends on the chemistry of your skin, but the effects could last 1-7 days if you’ve used one strip. Keep using them regularly for better skin-plumping effects.

+ What’s possible with these patches? What can/can’t it realistically do for my skin?

It plumps up your skin temporarily, mostly smoothing out fine lines that are developing or mild smile lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines are some examples.

It’s not meant to mimic a facelift.

It doesn’t smooth out severe or very deep lines.

It doesn’t lift jowls.

It’s not a medication; it’s for generalised use only.

+ Can I sleep with them on?

If you’re lying on your back (you might have trained yourself to be a back-sleeper!) and you aren’t turning in your sleep – yes, you can! But otherwise, it doesn’t contain any glue or adhesives, and will come out if it’s rubbed against a surface.

+ Are the strips reusable?

Yes, you can use each one around 2-3 times. When you’ve used one and have just taken it out, put it back into the foil pouch it originally came in ‘til the next time you’re ready to use it again. Use it within 24 hours, because there are no preservatives in it except citric acid.

+ How long does each strip keep for?

Once you open a strip, use it within 24 hours. The expiry date for the entire pack is printed on the back of each box.

+ Where can’t I use it?

+ Does it smell funny?
No, it doesn’t have any sharp, strong or unpleasant odours. It has a neutral aroma.

+ Does it look ugly or unsightly, like plasters?

No! It looks like glass on your skin when you moisten it with some water. It’s gorgeous, and it shapes itself to comfortably fit your contours.

+ Will they cause me a reaction?

There’s no silicone or latex in it, but if you’re allergic to any of the other ingredients, don’t use it. Cut a piece of the patch and stick it on the inside of your arm, and leave it there for a few minutes. If there’s no reaction, you’re good to go! Keep monitoring how it feels over the next few days. If you’re experiencing sensitivity, stop using it.

+ Do they have harmful ingredients/preservatives?

No; there are no preservatives like parabens (or benzoates, which aren’t harmful in small amounts). The only preservative it contains is citric acid, which is generally safe.

+ Does this contain any Botox™ in it?

No, this doesn’t have any Botox™ in it.

+ Any anti-cruelty affirmations?

Some of the ingredients are plant-based, but some of them are synthetic. There are no animal derivatives in them.

+ Can I get a refund?

If the box has been opened and there weren’t any defective contents – no, unfortunately there are no refunds for this.

But if the box is damaged in any way, or if you opened the box and the contents were already ruined, contact us here and we will exchange it or refund you within 14 days.
